My telegram 5th June separation allowance. After further consideration I recommend and Kajority of unofficial members of legislative council concur that in case of wives and families other than pure British descent allow→ ances should be reduced at discretion by a half and that insurance should be reduced in same proportion. Also it is proposed relief should be granted in deserving cases to dependents of bachelora.
